The Intergenerational Community Housing of Carmelites street in Saint Denis, city of the Grand Paris, is a living place where about 30 seniors and students are mingling together for their mutual thrive.
A current beverage discounter warehouse is transformed to a micro society centered on a common courtyard with a vegetable garden, bordered by shared facilities, starting with the canteen, the work shops and specific rooms that aim at linking the community and the rest of the city.
